I have two wonderful mini schnauzer sisters born July 25, 2011 - they are both wonderful with kids and adults, other pets I'm unsure unfortunately. I'm currently living in St Joseph MI in a large town home and have recently gone through a divorce and have accepted a job based in downtown Chicago that also involves a excessive travel [minimum two weeks each month nationwide] and even over the past two months since some of my travel began, I've noticed they both seem a bit down and lethargic; definitely not themselves at all. Both girls had a full health examination and vaccinations done this past August, both with a clean bill of health - you would NEVER know they are turning 15 this summer. I've been really struggling with what to do for their best interest and at their age, rarely have been boarded, the thought of having them spend multiple weeks each month in a crate breaks my heart and would love to see them surrounded by children or adults looking for a cuddle buddy, and these two LOVE to be touched, pet, held - some may say spoiled, but they have truly been amazing additions to my home and want to do what is best for them knowing the logistical challenges ahead.
