This is Poppy. She's around 10 months old and is a very sweet loving playful girl. She needs to go to a home who is going to put in a lot of time needed to give her a lot of training. She is very anxious, mostly regarding separation. She is very fearful of crates and has hurt herself trying to chew her way out of her crate despite a very very slow introduction to it. She currently lives with a 3 year old girl who she loves very very much but she jumps a lot and could be a little rough for very young children who are sensitive to that kind of stimuli. She also currently lives with cats, but would do best in a home without cats, as she does tend to chase them and stress them out. She does very well with dogs of similar size or larger size. She is okay with small dogs but again, would do best in a home without smaller dogs as she can be very rough with them or stress them out with her playstyle. She is very loveable and always wants pets and will use her paws to ask for pets. She is partially housetrained. I say partially because she is great on a leash and will go potty as soon as shes let outside but will still occasionally mess in the house if shes left alone or if she isn't let out very frequently. She loves squeaky toys and plushies. I'd really prefer she went to someone with either a lot of experience training dogs with high anxiety and will put in the time and effort for her, or my hope is that a rescue will take her in and provide this training for her. She has a very difficult time adjusting to new places and new people and will take a lot of patience. Thank you.
