About Niko

Meet Niko! This absolutely stunning husky is looking for his forever home again. He had to be brought back to the rescue by no fault of his own family dynamics played a big role in his return due to so much changing for him. It was creating behavioral problems within Niko. His family had to make the tough decision to let him go and do what was best for him. Niko is a fun loving guy with loads of personality! He is super playful, knows ALL basic and some advanced commands, he walks great on the leash, he loves everyone he meets and would do best with all kids but they must be respectful to him as he is a very sensitive boy. He's not a huge fan right now of longer car rides. They scare him into having bathroom upset in the vehicle. More exposure to the vehicle with shorter trips would be best at this point for him. He loves other dogs both bigger and medium sized dogs. He is non confrontational with other animals even when growled at by other dogs.
