About Beethoven

Meet Beethoven, or Bay for short. He is an 8 month old kitten with a beautiful gray coat. He does have some faint stripes, though, if you catch him in the right light. Beethoven is very people shy and can be a bit reclusive. He was named after the composer Ludwig van Beethoven, who was said to be a bit of a recluse himself. He enjoys playing with toys and other cats, and likes to explore when he's feeling comfortable. Beethoven loves treats and is happy to take them from his foster mom's hands. He even occasionally accepts pets when he is lounging on his condo. He does not, however, like to be picked up or handled. Beethoven is a great companion cat, and as trust grows, he will get more comfortable with getting ear scratches and even belly rubs from his family.
