About Wilma Jean

I rescued her from the side of the road in the country in Nov 2025 she was thin but well. Vet checked her out. No chip or tag We took her in, couldn't find her owner. She has since gained weight to about 48-50 lbs. tall, thin but muscular. We have fallen in love with her. She is quite affectionate with my husband and me. But she shows strong aggression to our other 4 dogs and 2 cats. We must keep her segregated and rotate turns in the yard. She must be on a leash anytime she is outside of her room. She would make an excellent companion for a single person or couple with no other pets. I would not suggest young children. I wish we could keep her but it has been very tough on us. We cannot get them all socialized. This girl is worth saving or we would not still have her. Would you please consider giving her the loving home she deserves? She would thrive. Please note - she has been fully housebroken since we took her in. She has never had an accident in our house.
