About Joey

Joey is a sweet little terrier mix who found her way to rescue after her owner passed away. While her world has changed, her gentle spirit is still very much intact and she is ready to find her next chapter. She can be a little shy and nervous at first, but give her a minute and you will see just how quickly she warms up. Once she feels safe, Joey is an easygoing, calm, quiet girl who just wants to be near her people. She loves snuggling on the sofa or perching on the back like a tiny supervisor, keeping an eye on everything around her. Joey would love a home with a yard where she can run and enjoy the simple things in life. She does well with other dogs but would also be perfectly happy as your one and only. Cats do not bother her at all and she happily ignores them in her foster home. If you are looking for a low key, sweet companion who will quietly steal your heart, Joey is your girl.
