Phoebe is incredibly cuddly, has great recall, and is crate trained. ANOTHER THING ABOUT Phoebe. She loves bigger and smaller dogs and really needs to be in a home with a playmate. Even a cat might work. She is a joy! Phoebe doesn't like strangers. She's a better dog to have if you just plan to keep her at home.
