Rowan is the epitome of a good boy. Unfortunately he at one point was owned by people who did not value him and he wound up at an overcrowded kill shelter in LA. There he was easily overlooked in the sea of unwanted German Shepards. Fortunately due to his good behavior despite his extensive stay at the shelter, he was sent to us by a spomsor. Rowan has been the best contribution to our pack and whoever adopts this guy will be a lucky human!
