Liam is an approximately 6-year-old boy who recently experienced a heartbreaking loss when his owner passed away. He was brought to a high-kill shelter, and we were able to step in and bring him to safety. Right now, Liam is understandably confused and a bit scared as he adjusts to all the changes in his life. He would greatly benefit from a calm, loving foster home where he can decompress, feel safe, and begin to trust again. Beneath his uncertainty, Liam is a very sweet dog who just needs patience, kindness, and understanding to help his true personality shine. With time and love, he has all the potential to become a devoted and wonderful companion. Liam is currently undergoing vetting-his blood work shows he is in good health, and he will be groomed soon. He'll be ready for a home of his own before long. If you have a quiet home and an open heart, fostering Liam could make all the difference in helping him heal-and you may just find a loyal friend for life.
