| | | HOUSE HIPPO | | | BAMA has been with her foster mom for many, many months and although she is a welcome member of their home, the goal is to find BAMA a family of her very own. This voluptuous lady gets along with everyone and everything'| new people, little dogs, big dogs, kitty cats! And you guessed it'|she enjoys meal and snack time %8D very much! BAMA was saved from a life chained to a backyard tree, transferred to a loving foster home and NOW it's time to make her final transition into the home she was always meant for. House Hippo describes 5 year old BAMA just fine. She's pudgy at 60 pounds, could definitely shed a pound (or 10! %8F), but she's so happy and so chill. Her foster family calls her their 'Parrot' because she likes to perch with her head on their shoulder (see photo). She's very affectionate and believes her lovin' needs must be met %8F BAMA would do best with someone who is home a lot. She has extreme separation anxiety; this is not surprising, considering the life she left and the comfort she now feels in a loving home. Poor girl chewed on her chain in her previous life and now her teeth are ground down requiring her food and snacks to be softened. This doesn't affect her healthy appetite!
