About German Shepherd

This German Shepherd appears to have been left behind after a house fire and has been staying near the burned property. He seems friendly but is limping and may have a skin condition. I would take him in myself, but I live in an apartment and already have four rescue cats and a dog, so I'm unable to bring him home. I'm very worried about his well-being and hope that a rescue or foster can step in to help.
