NON REACTIVE TO CATS, DID WELL W/ KIDS TOO Please help us find a loving, responsible home for adorable Tedrick, an approximate 43 lb young man who appears to be purebred and we are told about 10 months old. His current foster owner saved him and his brother who looks similar from a bad breeding situation recently, in hopes of finding him his forever home. Tedrick is described by his foster owner as 'very friendly, loves people, dogs, kids and cats.' He is currently in a home with the owner and her other dogs, both large and small, male and female, who said 'He is tested with all Dogs female males small big no issues at all. Cat comes to gene and sits and he does not care. Non reactive Kids came by and played with them no issues. Husband carrying him around like a baby no issues A little dominate over food don't want to share does a low growl to tell brother to move away. I did bring them both inside last night and kept them in the bathroom behind the baby gate no barking or peeing. Did not chew up anything either. They are not destructive at all. No digging or chewing or nothing.' Tedrick has lived outdoors until now so some work on potty training may still be needed. Luckily, chows tend to potty train easily. The foster is now his owner and not aware of any behavior or medical issues when asked. Tedrick already has an appointment to be neutered soon and will be brought current on any routine shots needed. A $250 rehoming fee is requested to help cover these expenses. He will be microchipped. Chow or dog experience is preferred. If you have another dog or pet, a meet and greet is strongly advised. Sorry, we do not do transport to private homes unless a rescue is involved or there are no risks in the home and the adopter has access to safe transport. All adopters will be asked for a home check (which may be virtual), an application, pictures of past and current pets, a vet reference and an adoption contract.
