About LITTLE BIT

LITTLE BIT is a 7-year-old, 7.6 pound Mini Schnauzer surrendered to us. She is such a pretty girl with the sweetest personality. LITTLE BIT is a loyal companion who will happily be your shadow and your snuggle buddy. She is very loving and has especially attached herself to her foster dad-she's his little Velcro shadow and happiest right by his side. She enjoys relaxing on a lap. She's not a big barker and has a calm, easygoing presence in the home, with just a touch of playful charm. LITTLE BIT gets along well with other small dogs and enjoys their company. She is friendly with everyone she meets and would be best in a home with another small dog. We have not had her around kids but think she would be fine with older ones, and cats are an unknown. LITTLE BIT has made great progress with potty training and does well when taken out regularly, about every two hours. She is also using pee pads successfully. She is a great eater and is motivated by treats. A home with a fenced yard is best for her. At night, LITTLE BIT settles in the big bed comfortably and enjoys being close to her people. LITTLE BIT is spayed, up to date on shots, heartworm negative, has had a ProHeart 12 heartworm prevention shot, and is microchipped with a lifetime registration. She has also had a dental. *To meet or adopt one of our dogs, you must first submit an adoption application for review. Important - check your spam folder for follow up questions and responses from our team. *A Place of Hope Rescue is a foster-based rescue located in Pensacola, Florida. We do not have a physical facility for visits. We adopt within a 6 hour drive to Pensacola. Puppies and dogs with pending vet appointments, and dogs with behavioral or medical issues are only adoptable locally (within 1 hour to Pensacola). We do not ship or transport our dogs.
