Luna, a Shih Tzu, is a 6 year old beautiful lady with expressive eyes and a black and gray coat with some tan. She came from a puppy mill so she will need a great deal of patience and a fenced yard. She goes outside to go potty if let her out on a regular basis. She is experiencing a home for the first time so is very frightened of everything new. She is working hard to get used to petting, strangers and noises. She is a work in progress and will need the most patient of homes. Other dog friends will help her adjust. She may never be the sit in your lap kind of dog. She will let you know how glad she is to be with you if you just look at those eyes. My foster Mom says Im beautiful and no matter how afraid I have been, I have never been aggressive. I even let her cut my nails, clean my ears and give me a bath. I would fit best in a home with no children, people knowledgeable about dogs that is willing to take time with me and a fenced yard is a must.
