PEACHES is a 6-year-old, 5.4 pound Pomeranian who was adopted from us last year and surrendered back because she never fully settled with her owner's daughter and was struggling with housebreaking. PEACHES is a very sweet little girl who might need a little time to feel comfortable in a new home. Once she relaxes, her personality begins to shine. She enjoys being near her person, sits nicely with her foster mom, and has even started wagging her tail more. She also has an adorable little 'Pom dance' and will get up on your leg when she wants attention and she loves laps and belly rubs. PEACHES should have another calm small dog in the home. She does not play with other dogs, but she does coexist very well with them. She seems to take comfort in having a canine companion nearby. She will do well in a home with young kids and cats are unknown, but probably not be an issue for her. PEACHES is not fully housebroken but is doing well when taken outside regularly throughout the day. She is treat motivated and is given treats when she goes potty outside and is making nice progress in her foster home. She is not leash trained and a fenced yard is required for her. She rides nicely in the car and did well on several outings with her foster family. At night, PEACHES currently sleeps in a dog bed gated in the kitchen with her foster brother. PEACHES is spayed, current on shots, heartworm negative, has had a ProHeart 12 heartworm prevention shot and is microchipped with a lifetime registration. She also had a dental in September. *To meet or adopt one of our dogs, you must first submit an adoption application for review.
