Willow is a huge (17+ pounds, both big boned + chunky) Maine Coon mix female (her brother who was rehomed, is orange & can see the coon more, but vet confirmed she is a mix). Her story is she spent the first few years of her life living at a groomer's, so she is used to people/children/dogs/cats. She would play with all the cats and dogs. I am rehoming her after owning for about 6 months, because my senior Persians would like to spend their golden years alone. Needless to say, she has an excellent temperment as said above, loves everything and everyone, doesn't even bat an eye at loud noises like blender or vacuum. Opposite of skiddish, I've never even seen her try to hide. Little Willow has had ZERO trauma in her life and I want her to go to a forever home, a family who is stable and plans to take great care of her and understands she is a 10+ year responsibility. Outgoing and talkative, playful but like most cats she's done after a little bit. Is a lap cat, likes laying on you and sleeping in the bed. In fact, sleeping in the bed with you is important to her. She wants to be around humans and/or other animals as often as possible. Being a typical house cat. She is an indoor cat with access to screened porch. Family that gives her plenty of attention, she likes activity going on around her, likes other animals but might be okay as an only cat if enough attention is given. Appreciates her patio time or an open (screened!) window, but not required. spayed, previous owner (the groomer) got her vaccinated but she is likely due again (she never leaves the house & doesn't go outside so I haven't made getting this done a priority). no medical conditions or special diet. none, i've been cleaning her ears because she had some wax, nothing else.
