About Gus

Gus is a smart, strong, and affectionate 63-pound Husky mix who's blossomed into a true companion. He is about 8 years old, but he has crystal-clear eyes, great teeth, and boundless energy, whick make him feel much younger. He thrives with structure and loves his daily routine, waking up promptly at 8 a.m. Gus enjoys guarding the backyard, lounging on the patio, and keeping an eye on the neighborhood (and squirrels!). He's independent yet snuggly, sometimes wanting all the affection at once, and he loves being around other dogs-though he's still learning his own strength during playtime. Gus is highly intelligent and needs a job to keep his mind busy, whether it's finding a toy or joining you on an adventure. He's 100% housebroken, knows basic commands (even if he's a little shy showing them). Simply put, he's strong, energetic, and very good-natured-a wonderful boy looking for a home that can match his enthusiasm and love. Gus is located in Houston, Texas. However, we transport to most states for an additional fee of $300.
