Dolly, a 1-year-old Armenian Gampr / Anatolian Shepherd mix who is wonderful with people and kids. She's affectionate, loyal, and deeply bonded to her humans. Dolly was rehomed in October after littermate aggression in her first home. While things went well initially, she has begun going after an elderly dog and it's clear she needs to be in a different situation. We're on 5%BD acres, but our current setup is chickens and ducks, which doesn't give her enough of a true guardian role. She needs more purpose and potentially a single-dog working home to thrive. She has been around chickens, goats, cows, horses, and cats and has done very well. She's been living more as a companion, but at her age she's still very adaptable and should transition well to a 24/7 outdoor guardian role with the right setup. Her ideal home is with someone experienced with livestock guardian dogs (or similar breeds) who can offer structure, consistency, and a real job to do. She's up to date on vaccinations and is scheduled to be spayed on 3/24. She recently completed her first heat. Willing to help with transport for the right fit.
