A friend of mine brought a dog over that he found in Gary on the street. He was very emaciated. He is doing well currently, but recently learned how to jump over the fence outside... which is a problem because we were keeping him outside because he doesn't do well with my dogs. My mental state has been declining so I would really like to find him a better home.
