About Emily
This animal is available to licensed rescue groups only. Please do not enquire unless with a licensed rescue group. Emily was adopted to a family with 3 other dogs. She is typically a submissive dog but due to a recent fight with another dog in the home over food that resulted in the owner getting bit while trying to break them up she was returned to the shelter and is currently in quarantine. We are seeking rescue placement ideally in a home where she can be fed separately while she learns she is safe. She had no other incidents with the other dogs except with the food and we are not sure which dog was the aggressor. Our policy is they can only be transferred to a licensed rescue if they have a bite history.
