MY NAME IS SAMA AND I AM RUNNING OUT OF TIME. I WILL BE EUTHANIZED ON 3/16 IF A FOSTER OR ADOPTER DOESN'T SAVE ME! My owner had to surrender me due to a housing situation and I was left in the scary and very loud shelter. I'm still a baby at just over a year and am learning the ways of the world - I am sad growing up in a shelter. I have become very stressed in the shelter and need to get out with a foster or adopter otherwise my story will end on March 16th. I have only had very short breaks and am hoping that a family will come along to help write me a happy ending. - I am a beautiful mixed breed neutered male with the most handsome spots and the perfect size at 49 lbs - it looks like I may have some Australian Cattle Dog mixed in but who knows!! - I am very smart and love showing off sit and shake for treats! I am super eager to learn new tricks! - I am very treat motivated and eager to please so I should be easier to train! - My prior owner said that I was an inside dog, house trained, crate trained, friendly with kids and friendly with dogs (I have gotten a bit jumpy from my time in the shelter so no small kiddos for now) - I also went on a daycation where I was friendly around other dogs. I am very stressed right now so I should have slow intros to other doggy friends. - I would be a great in an active home or one with a back yard and am good at entertaining myself with toys. I love chasing balls and chewing on bones! - I am a happy and loving boy that really needs out of the shelter - I will do best in a home with structure, routine and daily exercise! Will you please give me a chance? I would love to go on adventures with you - I know I can be the best boy!
