Ollie is a very loyal dog for me but he is too big for me to handle. He is reactive when outside of his comfort zone. He loves playing with other dogs but he has been able to slip his collar and his harness and today he reacted and bit my neighbor enough to break the skin. It wasn't the neighbors fault. He will be put down if I can't find a new owner
