About Giddy

Hello friend! I'm a very sweet 3-year-old, neutered male mix with a lot of love to give. I'm a handsome brindle boy weighing about 17.6 pounds, (just the perfect size) and with a few well-deserved treats I might even fill out a little more! I like everyone I meet, including other dogs. I'm curious about cats but a little cautious after getting hissed at when I tried to play. I can also be a little shy around men at first, but once I get to know you I warm up and become a loving companion. I'm learning commands like sit, stay/wait, and I'm doing pretty well on a leash, though I'll keep improving with a little practice. I'm also good with car rides, which makes adventures together easy! My favorite things are playing with my ball and squeaky toys, and I'll let you know if visitors arrive with my alert bark. But my favorite job of all is being close to my people-I love cuddling and bringing comfort when you need it most. I hope to be a blessing to my forever family, and I can't wait to meet you. I'm currently located in Houston, TX, but I can be transported to my new home for a $300 transport fee.
