About Rocky

Rocky is an approximately 18-month-old, 70 lb, neutered male who is heartworm negative, up to date on vaccinations, and microchipped. He has a consistently happy, friendly demeanor and always seems to be smiling. He is house-trained, crate-trained, and enjoys car rides. Rocky is playful, smart, and eager to learn-he picks up new things quickly, often after just one or two repetitions. He is an energetic dog who would thrive in a home that can provide regular playtime, walks, and attention. At the same time, he is just as happy relaxing on the couch and watching a movie with his people. Rocky gets along well with dogs of all sizes and is also good with cats. He would make an excellent companion for another playful dog or an active household that enjoys games like fetch and spending quality time together. He loves toys, especially chew toys and his Jolly Ball. He walks well on a leash, rides well in the car, and respects a 5-foot fence without attempting to climb. He takes treats gently, prefers affection over food, and does not exhibit any resource guarding behaviors. His adoption fee is $250.
