About Cockatiel

I recently rescued a Cockatiel that was dropped off at a farm animal auction. Terrible place for a pet bird and I couldn't leave him there. I have zero information about the bird's prior home or age or anything. I think it's a boy due to the orange cheeks? This bird is NOT hand tame and bites if held. He was very skittish at first but I've had him a few weeks and he is getting more comfortable and less anxious. If you pick him up he bites and holds on chewing the bite. He makes some whistling sounds and seems to like being close to my other birds. He makes typical Cockatiel noises and whistles throughout the day. I'm curious to see if there is a home out there that would be looking to love and care for a bird like this. If not, I will keep him.
