About Grand has till 3/13

URGENT!!!! Scheduled to be killed on 3/14 because he's declining in the shelter environment!!! Please be his hero!!!! Grand #A2240428 is a 6 year German Shepherd. He came in as a stray 129 days ago and has been overlooked ever since. When he first arrived, he was confined to his kennel for 34 days straight. In 129 days, he's only been out of his kennel 14 times. And today is this poor dog's 39th day of confinement. That's 936 hours trapped in a cement box with no walks, no fresh air, no grass or sun. When a supervisor noticed he was falling apart, they documented it instead of trying to help. Now he's scheduled to die on 3/14!!!! His notes state he sits on command, takes treats gently and even knows 'stay.' He has scars on his face but is still trusting. Still sweet.
