Zeus is an 8-year-old, 95-pound dog who previously lived in a home with adults, children, other dogs, and cats. According to his previous owner, Zeus grew up with a female dog and was comfortable living with her, and he also lived in a home with two cats. Zeus is described as a goofy dog with both relaxed and energetic moments. He enjoys playing outside, especially in a fenced yard, and likes toys such as balls and rope toys. He also enjoys treats and spending time with people. Zeus knows several basic commands including sit, paw, down, and belly. In his previous home, Zeus spent time both indoors and outdoors and was reported to be house trained. He typically slept on the floor and was left alone for short periods during the day. Zeus may benefit from continued leash training, as his previous owner noted he can be strong when walking. He enjoys attention and petting, especially around the head, neck, and belly. Zeus is a large dog who would likely do best with an owner comfortable handling bigger, strong dogs and who can continue providing guidance and structure.
