Jack came into rescue from a hoarding situation when his owner got overwhelmed. Jack is a big love bug who is looking for his perfect match. He was surrendered with more than a dozen other dogs from the same home. Now, he needs someone who can help him gain confidence and provide lots of hugs and kisses. Jack can be a little shy. It takes him a while to warm up to you, but once he does, he's very sweet and loving. He is a big goofball who is sure to keep you entertained. He will also keep your lap warm. Jack needs a little work on his manners, especially around food. He's not aggressive - he just jumps and tries to reach the food on the table. He will also run off with your favorite socks or slippers. He is learning to walk on a leash and seems to enjoy the outdoors. Jack can be sensitive and little nervous around other dogs or in new situations. He would love a canine playmate, but one that also has a gentle spirit and sweet disposition. Jack is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and heartworm negative. He is being fostered in Grove City, OH and is available for an adoption fee of $400.00. If you are interested in adopting, please submit an application online at www.sophiasgracefoundation.org ***Petfinder/RescueMe inquiries are NOT considered applications and may not be responded to***
