About Evie

Looking to adopt our young female Maltese to a warm and loving home. Evie is 16 months old. She weighs 11 pounds. And is 100% hypoallergenic. She was born in Marietta, GA on 11/22/24. She is fully up to date on all vaccines, she is spayed, and is on a monthly heart worm/flea/tick preventative. She is also microchipped. All paperwork provided. She also has a wonderful groomer in Marietta that I can also connect you with. And her current vet is in Roswell, GA. Evie is the only pet in our home, but I think she would be very happy around another dog her size. Evie is FULLY potty trained and rings a bell on our door to go out. She is very sensitive to sounds and sudden movements. We think this is due to anxiety/stress that she has always had and causes her to bark often and growl and chase her front paw. Due to this, it is imperative that she goes to a very calm/quiet and loving home. She has so much love to give and is very content just being in your lap, going for a quick walk and loves playing with her toys. She loves being held. True lap dog. She sleeps very well at night in a playpen with her blanket/bed and water bowl. It is her safe space and she loves being in there. She will come with her playpen, stroller, 3 beds, all her toys, leashes, harness, bowls, food, treats, mats, all grooming supplies we have for her, and all paperwork. We do also home cook her meals and mix with her dry foods. She only eats 1 cup of food a day. Can be given all at once, or split into breakfast and dinner. Anyone interested would have to meet us first at a park or local place near Roswell first. If still interested to adopt after the first meeting, my husband and I would want to see your home and meet who she would be living with to ensure she was going to a safe place. We also have two children at home who are very sad over this sudden change, and we would love it if you could send videos/picture for a temporary time while Evie gets acclimated to her new home. Evie's adoption fee will be $900. We would love to find someone local to us so you could continue going to the same vet and groomer if possible. But ok, if not.
