Leo came into the shelter as an owner surrender due to not getting along with other cats. He has lived outside most of his life. However, he does great inside as well and will use the cat box. He takes a little bit to warm up to new people and will growl and hiss but never bites or scratches. He has potential to be an amazing cat for someone that is willing to give him some time.
