About Hercules

Hercules is a 7-year-old Dogue de Bordeaux, also known as a French Mastiff, weighing about 100 pounds. True to his gentle nature, Hercules is a mellow, easygoing boy who enjoys the simple things in life. Most of his days are happily spent lounging nearby, keeping his people company and soaking up the calm of the home. He enjoys getting out for a nice walk to stretch his legs and burn a little energy, then he's perfectly content settling back in to relax for the rest of the day. Hercules also seems to really enjoy bath time. He has shown himself to be gentle around larger animals, including other dogs, horses, and ponies. Small animals are not a good fit for him, and he does best in a home where he doesn't have to be crated, as he prefers being able to relax freely. Hercules is the kind of dog who just wants a peaceful place to call home, where he can spend his days enjoying good meals, gentle pets, and the quiet comfort of being loved.
