About Foxy

Adoption Fee: $350
Australian Cattle Dog / Siberian Husky
Age: Puppy
Sex: Male

This foxy looking guy is Foxy. He is half Cattle Dog, half Husky, and all handsome. He was born around 10/30/2024 and weighs 42 pounds. Foxy is a smart guy. He knows: Sit, Stay, Through, No, Leave it, Off, Gentle, On Your Bed'|and he will have fun practicing plus learning more. He is food motivated and will sit for his dinner or a treat. He is also house trained. He sleeps in a crate but isn't a fan of the crate otherwise. Foxy is a love with his people. With new Pell, he is timid and it takes a little time for him to warm up. He will prefer a quieter household and people who let him take time to meet new people. If someone comes into the yard unannounced or pushed him to be friendly, he can nip in warning. He just wants a moment to be ready to be friends. Foxy seems to prefer female dogs to male dogs, and would be fine living with a polite female. He isn't into dog parks, but a few polite dog pals would be great. With the dogs he is friends with, he loves to play. He also likes to play with people: fetch! Foxy is good in leash and can pull a bit at the start of a walk. He is fine in a car, but can get car sick. Foxy has a beautiful and gentle spirit. He shines when he is surrounded by calm and confident people and does best with someone who is patient and gentle.%A0He is affectionate, playful, and very smart. He likes to hunt for gophers and is eager to please. He loves playing and running with dogs that he feels safe with and walking or running with his person. He gives kisses, loves your attention and rarely jumps on people. Foxy is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines. He is located in NE San Diego County, CA, and is ready to meet adopters who can meet and adopt here. We do not ship dogs. A home visit and vet reference are required to adopt.
