About Barkley

Some dogs just need one person who won't give up on them. Meet Barkley, a 3-year-old Cockapoo who recently arrived at Animal House Project as an owner surrender. His world changed overnight, and right now he's learning that life can still be safe and kind. Barkley isn't looking for just any home. He's looking for his person. Because of his past, Barkley will need a home where he can be the only pet, no other dogs or cats so he can relax, build trust, and form a strong bond with someone who will give him the patience he deserves.
