About Ginger

I adopted Ginger from the Humane Society 2 years ago. She was probably 4 months old. I love her but I am having a couple of problems. We do not have a fenced in yard. She is energetic and I do walk her a few times a day. She is reactive to kids on scooters and bikes. She wants to chase them�'�|.. We have had $2000 worth of lessons so I guess the problem is me. She is sweet. Could we find a farmer who wants a dog?
