About Owen

Owen needs help! We are seeking an emergency foster or new adopter for him. The situation is that Owen was adopted several years back by a family in Wisconsin. He has been a great family member who gets along euth their other dog (loves to romp and play) and has been fairly good with their cats. He also loves people. Last week they had him out on leash and a biker went by and Owen got out of his leash and bit the biker. He was taken to a local shelter and is in 10 day quarantine and we are told he will be euthanized after 10 days. I am with the original rescue group that saved him from the original shelter and do not want to see him put down. Owen is full of life and loves people, he just gets agitated at moving objects (the bike). Owen is 4 yrs old, fully vetted, neutered. He needs a new home by Tuesday March 10. He is in Appleton WI and they will wait him to go across state lines if they release to me. I have many more pictures I can share of him. If you can help, please contact me.
