About Pepper

Frederick, MD (We are moving to ARIZONA in April and will be taking her with us if she doesn't find a home here) Pepper is looking for a new home. She is 4 years old (Born February 2022), and is up to date on her shots, but is not fixed. She is a sweet girl. Loves to go on hikes, likes to swim, has been around chickens and has done wonderful with cats. She would do best in a home with either no other dogs OR a male dog, as she has a hard time getting along with other female dogs. She would also do best in a home with older kids (4 or up). She is not an indoor barker, she's actually really quiet. However, when the neighbor dogs are out (she loves them) she does bark when she wants to let them know she's there, or when the Amazon guy comes. She is stubborn as most pyrs are, but is a very willing listener with whoever she sees as her pack leader (which right now is my husband). She is not trained as a LGD, but grew up around chickens and does really well with them. Any more questions, please reach out ���S
