About Spark

Spark is an 11 month old black and white American Akita. She is a very sweet ball full of energy and wants to play more than anything. She has been raised around other Akitas and a cat but has not been socialized much so she is apprehensive of other dogs and strangers. After she gets her sniffs in, though, she loves anybody. Her owner was recently deported to Guadalajara, and we are unable to send her there due to costs and travel advisories for Americans. She is currently with her owner's mother who is unable to continue to care for her and is set to be surrendered to a shelter on March 13th.
