About Bernie

Bernie was surrendered, because he was too energetic. He's only 1 1/2 years old and weighs 50 lbs. Someone equipped to handle this breeds activity level is preferred. He's very friendly and absolutely gorgeous. No small children or cats please. Meet & greet if you have another dog. He is housebroken. Can jump fences! He tested negative for heartworm. Please keep in mind that we try to match your application and lifestyle with a dog the best suits your home. We are the dogs advocate and we put their needs first. For this reason we don't operate on first come first serve. We do reserve the right to request photos of your home. You must be 21 years of age to adopt.
