About Dani

Location: Columbus, OH Dani is a classic lovebug loyal retriever! She is eager-to-please, highly trainable, affectionate, loves the outdoors, and when you come home, she will make sure she finds something to hold in her mouth before she says hello with a wiggling body! Dani only has 3 requests for her new home: 1. Have a dog that could use a friend? Dani LOVES other dogs so much so that she is asking her new family to have another dog to be her friend. She is not picky about size, age, or breed. She thrives in the presence of another dog and would be a great friend for one that is looking for a buddy. 2. Dani is looking for a family who will find it rewarding to see her enjoy exploring the new world around her. She grew up on a farm, so a lot of things and places are still new to her. She adapts very quickly but still occasionally gets shy for new people and places. There's nothing more rewarding than seeing her learn to enjoy something new! Will you show her the world? 3. Dani would like to bring her favorite stuffed goose toy with her to her new home. Dani has been vaccinated, dewormed, spayed, microchipped, and is on monthly prevention. She is great with dogs, cats, and kids! She is house-trained, leash-trained, crate-trained, rides well in the car, and isn't scared of the vacuum. She is playful and active but will also settle down and is happy just hanging around the house with you. She will cuddle with you in bed and on the couch, or if you prefer, she will sleep soundly in her crate overnight. She is flexible to fit just about any lifestyle!
