About Peggy

Please prepare to provide the following information to the staff about you, your family, the city in which you live, other pets, your fenced yard, and whatever else will help identify your family as a good match. You are encouraged to call the shelter for updated information and availability, and to answer your specific questions. Peggy is a lovely girl at ~2 years old and ~40 lbs. She's a great medium-sized girl who could fit in your lap if she really tried! She's currently in a foster home and her foster says that she's as smart as a whip! She could use a tune-up on her leash manners, but she is getting better. She responds well to corrections and if she jumps on you and tell her 'off' she listens. She is very house broken and will hold it in until the morning if she had to. She's starting to understand hand signals for commands as well. She is a very sweet girl who will crawl up to you for love. She also loves squeaky toys and gets very excited to play with them. She's fixed, vaccinated, microchipped and up to date on parasite preventatives. She is $185 to bring home! If you are interested, please call the shelter at (541) 474-5458.
