About Matthew

Hi, I'm MATTHEW and I'm 3 months old and weigh 19 lbs. I'm a playful, curious puppy who is busy learning about the big world around me. The nice people at the rescue don't know what breed I am, but they think I'll be medium-large to large sized when I am fully grown. I love chasing balls, chewing on bones (teething life!), and exploring anything new I can find. Being outside is so much fun- I love to sniff and stretch my puppy legs. I live with an adult dog in my Foster home and do great with him. I'm happy to play, but I'm also perfectly content entertaining myself when my foster brother wants a break. At night I'm pretty snuggly, but during the day I'm more of an independent little guy doing my puppy thing. Since I'm still just a baby, I'm looking for a home that understands puppies and is ready to help me keep learning. I'll need patience, consistency, and time for things like house training, crate training, and basic manners. Because of my age, I'll also need a home with a flexible schedule - being crated for 8+ hours a day just isn't realistic for a growing pup like me.
