It is not safe to walk her in dog-trafficked areas like neighborhoods, pet stores, dog parks, or other high-exposure environments like the areas around a vet clinic. She should be kept away from other unvaccinated dogs. Red loves to play and has energy to spare, which is why she's searching for a home that already has a four-legged friend waiting for her.
