About Rose

Rose was rescued by a friend of our rescue as a puppy only a few months old. We told her we'd find Rose a home and honestly thought that would happen quickly. However, it hasn't. Rose is now almost a year old and she's still waiting. Our friend needs her to move - not because of anything that is wrong with Rose - but because she is dealing with personal medical issues that mean she needs to 'downsize' - quickly! She's a playful, energetic girl and we think she'd do best in a feline-free household. She's a shepherd/husky (?) mix (best guess) who will wiggle herself into your heart quickly. As with any puppy, she will need continued socialization and training to be her best self as an adult. Rose would love a securely fenced yard where she can play in nice weather. She's an active young dog who would love an active family. She'll be up for going on hikes and adventures! She will need some guidance learning to walk nicely on a leash - but she's a smart girl and a quick learner. Please help out Rose and her foster mom!
