Not Tested Good with cats? Not Tested Good with kids? Not Tested, but he does not enjoy very loud noises or fast movements. Energy level: Low. He likes to cuddle with people or soft toys. He loves to look out the window and sit in his cat tree boxes. Medical needs: Mr. Grey is FIV+. FIV is a feline-only retrovirus that affects a cat's immune system. He is currently asymptomatic and in good health. An adopter should be aware that FIV can make a cat more vulnerable to other medical issues because their immune system is not as strong as an FIV negative cat. FIV is not transferable to humans or dogs and can only be transferred to other cats through a deep cat bite. He has chronic kidney disease, uses his litter box often, and likes an uncovered box because covered boxes scare him. He takes a few medications that are easily administered. Animal Characteristics: Mr. Grey is a sweet, shy but friendly, curious older gentleman who deserves a loving, cozy forever home. Once he's warmed up a little, he loves to sit on/near you, cuddle and enjoys scratches around his neck and treats. He has an adorably grumpy face, but he's not grumpy at all! He is a sweet old man who enjoys snuggling, petting and a soft brush. He will be excited to see you, rub on your leg and ask you for his favorite foods. This precious boy was found living outside in a cat colony and was rescued before the weather turned cold. He is enjoying the indoor life, and is ready for a loving, patient adopter! He is adorable and immensely deserving of warmth, abundant love, soft blankets and all his favorite treats!
