About Dorothy

Dorothy may not have a pair of ruby slippers, but if she did, we are pretty sure she would click her heels 3 times and wish for her forever home. This scruffy little girl is a 1 year old Terrier mix weighs just 14 lbs and is the perfect blend of playful and cuddly. She doesn't need all the puppy training, but her fun, youthful energy is still strong. Dorothy's two favorite things are snuggling with her people and a good play session. She also enjoys walks, toys, and does well in the car. This scruffy girl can have some big feelings around new people, but once she feels safe, she turns into a total love bug who will happily smother her human friends with kisses. She's friendly with dogs of all sizes and would love a home with at least one other dog. Dorothy is doing well with her house-training, has great house manners, and is free roam trustworthy. She's a super smart girl and has already learned to sit. She is just as happy doing zoomies in the yard as she is curling up in your lap for a cozy night in.
