About Brandie

Adoption Fee: $450
Australian Shepherd
Age: Young Adult
Sex: Female

Hi my name is Brandie. I am really more of a people dog and the only reason I am looking for my new forever home is my Mom and Dad got a divorce; then Mom had a shoulder replacement so she is not going to be able to play with me and take me on the walks I need. I got a lot more protective of my Mom after Dad left and wanted to make sure she was safe. I am 4 years old, weigh about 40 lbs, very healthy, housebroken and love to play frisbee. If my people wanted to take me to agility I know I would love that also. I know all the standard commands and mind quite well unless of course a squirrel jumps out in front of me. I do love to eat, but picky about my dog food and love treats. I really enjoy going for car rides. Since my Mom had surgery i am living with Mom's wonderful niece in Long Beach, Washington with her 2 dogs and the cat (i want to herd) and I am loving life getting daily walks, time to play on the beach and roll in the sand. I have made really good friends with my niece's dogs and we play a lot. My Mom is stressing out as she took me for doggie grooming every 3-4 months, now I am full of sand! I have my kennel and my baby lamb chops that I sleep with, I was not allowed to sleep on the bed, but laying on the couch by my person is so special as I love being petted, and the belly rubs are the best. I look forward to finding my new forever home and my Mom would love to keep in touch to make sure I am settling in and both you and I are happy.
