RALEIGH, NC Royal is an estimated 4.5 year old, spayed, 40lb pup who needs a foster ASAP (before she is euthanized for space on 3/4). This girl came in as a stray to the shelter, super underweight. She was in foster with a family with kids and did wonderfully but then was adopted and returned for getting into it with another dog. She needs a foster home as the ONLY pup. Shelter is full and will euthanize any dogs who are not dog-friendly because they are having to make hard decisions due to space issues :( This girl doesn't deserve to die!
