Beau is a sweet and sensitive soul and very good natured. I took him and his sister in as fosters when they were a few months old, and they were polar opposites from day 1. Beau's sister was independent, intelligent, sassy, and confident.. Beau was clingy, goofy and clumsy, always sweet, and scared of everything. He's gained a lot of confidence as he's gotten older and since his sister was adopted. He loves the dog park and going to daycare, he loves spending time with the other foster dogs and will do best in a home with at least one other dog that he can bond with. Hes still a little clumsy and awkward at times, but it just adds to his happy charm. He is very sensitive to reprimand and he shuts down quickly when scolded. Luckily he is all around very well behaved and doesn't need correction all that often. He is potty trained, he knows some basic commands, he does not run off and has awesome recall, he will stay quietly in a crate, but he also does great left out of the crate when I am not home. He is a good, sweet boy and he has the cutest springiest run, it's absolutely adorable every time. Beau will be very missed, but I am hoping to get him adopted out ASAP. Another dog that I fostered at one time is being returned to me bc the woman who adopted her is moving to an assisted living facility. This foster is very large and very dog-aggressive. I already have one foster in the house who is dog-aggressive, so having two means that all of the dogs will be isolated a lot more in order to keep them separated. Beau is good with people of all ages, other dogs, and though he hasnt spent time around any cats, he has walked by a few and he never reacted, so he could possibly be good with cats. He is up to date on his shots and is heartworm negative.
