This little guy was found as a stray and heartbreakingly ended up on the euthanasia list - but thankfully, he was given a second chance at life. Now he's ready for his true forever family! Billy is a sweet, loving little boy who just wants to be by your side. He would thrive with a family looking for a small companion to share life with - someone who wants a little shadow to keep them company, and who will enjoy the love and devotion Billy gives right back. He is both people-friendly and dog-friendly, making him a wonderful addition to many types of homes. Whether it's cuddle time on the couch or following you around the house, Billy is happiest when he's with his humans.
