Mina is a beautiful 3-year-old German Shepherd/Husky weighing 52 lbs. This sweet girl was saved from the euthanasia list and is now patiently waiting for her second chance at life. Mina can be a little shy at first which is completely understandable after everything she's been through. New places and unfamiliar faces can feel overwhelming, but once she feels safe, her gentle and loving personality truly shines. She'll softly come up to you for affection and melts into pets and kind words.Mina is people and dog friendly. Mina just needs a little time to decompress and adjust in a calm, loving home. With patience and understanding, she will blossom into an incredibly loyal and devoted companion. She's the kind of dog who will form a deep bond with her person and love you with her whole heart. She would do best with someone who can give her reassurance, consistency, and the opportunity to build confidence at her own pace. In return, you'll gain a sweet, tender soul who simply wants to feel safe and loved. Mina isn't 'scared' she's sensitive, gentle, and learning to trust again.
